1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Glupi (the “App”) and this website (https://getglupi.com), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Glupi.

2. Glupi is not medical advice

Glupi is a personal tracking and organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Glupi. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Glupi only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Your responsibilities

• Accurate information: You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (for example, reminders, dose logs, weight entries, and nutrition logs).
• Safe use: Do not use Glupi in a way that could cause harm, including relying on it for emergency or urgent medical decisions.
• Account/device security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the App.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Glupi for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or our services.
• Access the App in a way intended to bypass security or usage limits.

6. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing

Glupi may offer paid features (for example, a Premium subscription). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store, and your payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are governed by Apple’s terms and policies. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and privacy. By using Glupi, you agree that we can handle information as described there.

8. Intellectual property

Glupi (including the App, website, design, trademarks, and content) is owned by us or our licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Glupi unless you have our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Glupi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Glupi will be uninterrupted, error free, or fully secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glupi and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Glupi. In any case, our total liability for all claims relating to Glupi will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the App or paid features in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Glupi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Glupi if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we must do so to comply with law or protect users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Glupi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
